Notes: In the kitchen of a New York City duplex, the custom-made cabinetry was designed by Stephen Miller Siegel, the 19th-century farmhouse table is from English Country Antiques, and the café chairs are from TK Collections; the terra-cotta tiles are by Country Floors, and the ceiling fan is by Ann-Morris Antiques.
